Return policy
You want to return a package to us, have no worries, contact us at nutrifirstfrance@gmail.com .
From the day of receipt of your order, you have a withdrawal period of seven days. Your rights of withdrawal are without penalty and without justification.
The refund is made within thirty days from the date of withdrawal.
The refund is not made if you have started to use the product (s) concerned. You cannot get the refund if the products are damaged.
The cost of returning the products remains your responsibility, unless you return them following an error on our part. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
